Charlotte Murch

Charlotte’s real estate journey started back in 2009, when she gained her salesperson licence while studying for a Bachelor of Commerce. Since then, her career has taken her through radio sales, management consultancy in London, and back home to Southland. The common thread has always been people. She enjoys understanding what makes people tick, solving problems, and helping bring the right advice to the right situation.

Now a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and General Manager at Todd & Co Realty, Charlotte works alongside her father, Mike, helping lead the business while staying closely involved in the day-to-day. Her role is broad from supporting the sales team and overseeing compliance, through to commercial property management, leases, tenancies, marketing, systems, and the many moving parts that come with running a local real estate company.

Charlotte is proud to be part of a team that is honest, practical and genuinely down to earth. She values straight advice, strong local knowledge, and doing things properly - not just telling people what they want to hear, but giving them the information they need to make good decisions.

Her involvement in the wider industry is also important to her. Charlotte sits on the Real Estate Authority’s Industry Advisory Group and is also part of the Southland Registered Master Builders Executive, giving her a broader perspective across both real estate and construction.

Married to builder Lukus, Charlotte has also been hands-on with renovations and new builds, giving her a practical understanding of property from more than one angle. Life is busy, but full, and outside of work she is most proud of the family she and Lukus have built with their two wonderful girls.
