Charlotte Murch

Charlotte’s real estate journey began in 2009 when she earned her salesperson license while studying for a Bachelor of Commerce. Since then, she has gained experience in radio sales and management consultancy in London, but one thing has always been clear—she thrives on working with people. Now a fully licensed Real Estate Agent, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

As office manager at Todd & Co Realty, Charlotte helps steer the team alongside her father, Mike. She takes pride in working with a team of honest, down-to-earth professionals who not only work well together but genuinely enjoy what they do—creating an environment that is both productive and a pleasure to be part of. She also plays a key role in the company’s commercial property management, overseeing leases, tenancies, and the many moving parts of the business.

With her builder husband, Lukus, Charlotte has tackled both home renovations and new builds, giving her a well-rounded perspective on property from all angles. Life is full-on, but incredibly rewarding. Above all, she’s most proud of the family she has built with Lukus and their two wonderful girls.
