Sue Frampton

I am a passionate Southlander who cares for our environment.

My first role upon leaving school was working for the Southland County Council in the rates department. Answering ratepayers enquiries, searching rural property titles at the Lands and Deeds, liaison with the Land and Survey and the Valuation Departments and Solicitor’s enquiries was just the start of a wonderful journey working within real estate. I have worked in all our councils, either in finance or corporate divisions.

Over the years, my husband and I have developed many properties. My husband would renovate and I, the interior designer would stage the home for the market. We met many real estate people through the process, assisting us in the buying and selling our properties.

My journey, took me to study for my National Diploma in Real Estate which I have recently completed. Many of the papers I found reinforced what I knew and there was material that I found very relevant in the real estate industry today. The National Diploma in Real Estate consisted of gaining the Sales Persons and Branch Managers qualifications’ before moving on to the Diploma.

Real estate is what I love. Through my experience and passion, I look forward to working with you and achieving our goals together.
